I love the breathwork meditation they use in this video, because it was an important step on my path to where I am now in life.

It's just under 20 minutes long, and the breathwork portion begins at 2 minutes, followed by a short meditation at the end of the video. So if you're short on time, or ready to breath, feel free to skip ahead!

Breath work has been used for thousands of years to enhance your energy, boost your immune system, and reduce stress.

A simple and peaceful practice, breathwork can be done anywhere, anytime, and doesn't require any special equipment.

By focusing on the breath, we can quiet the mind, release tension, and connect with our inner peace.

Breathwork is for everyone, regardless of their past or present circumstances.

However, if you have a history of epilepsy or are pregnant, Breathe & Flow recommend against participating. They have another video if you are pregnant or expecting which I will include below the YouTube video player.

Explanation of Ancient Tummo Breathwork

So the first one is 30 power breaths. The second one is a longer one to two minute breath retention on the exhale. So there's no air in your lungs. And then the third part of the exercise is breath retention on the inhale. So it's about a 15 second breath recovery. Those three exercises for this video, we're going to repeat three times.
So we'll do three rounds of it. You can do up to 5 Rounds of this on your own. But for this video, we're just going to do three. If that sounded like a lot of information and you're already overwhelmed, then no worries. We got you. We'll guide you through everything. So get comfortable, either sit or lay down and let's begin with the 30 power breaths for the first segment.

Before you look at this YouTube video, pay attention to what your body is telling you. You don't want to push yourself too hard with breathwork until you know how your body will react. When you are kind to yourself, it will look after you.
