Aerial Tour of Silver Lake Park and Beach in Portage

Silver Lake Beach is a community park with lifeguards from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Considered by visitors as one of the most beautiful in the region, the beach is a popular regional attraction. Silver Lake Beach was donated to Portage Town in 1948. This park has a boat pier, boat pier, accessible fishing pier and ample parking to help fishermen and water lovers. Crappies, large-mouth perch, blue gills, and northern pike are just a few of the fish that can be caught at Silver Lake.

The park has 4 picnic tables, a swimming area, a changing room, an open air shelter with water, electricity and play equipment.
