I am one of the 15 million people in America who meditates every single day.
Recently, I’ve been focusing on lying down for my meditation sessions and wanted a comfortable place to do this which you will learn about soon enough!
It doesn't take much to be comfortable and it doesn't have to be very expensive to just get started. These are all just products and services that I have found useful to my meditation practice.

If you are a meditator, a person who practices meditation, you will find that a memory foam mattress can make all the difference for your back.
Now that it's been so cold lately, I had a chance to use my TESMAT. Perhaps I don't need to buy anything since I already have everything I need.
Recently I realized that it would be so cool to have a mattress that works as well for meditation as the TESMAT I use when I tesla car camp, but I realized that most of the time this mattress I already owned would be perfect.
