Welcome to SOMA breath meditation called into the lights. This is for you. If you're looking for that big sudden burst of inspiration, that creative spark of genius it's going to help you make your next game-changing idea is also for you. So you can breathe in through both your nostrils and then breathe out for your mouth. But just letting go and your XL, no force and keeping it smooth and connected and consistent where there's no pause between your inhale and your exhale. That's right. Then with series of rhythmic breaths for a few minutes, you're going to be given the command to take a deep inhalation in and to make a chance.

Like, uh, um, that's three syllables are, you want to bring your awareness to your creative glands, your sex and your digestive gland, the Ooh, you wanna bring your awareness to your heart and your thymus gland.
