I struggle with flight anxiety myself and I wanted to share an all natural approach to reduce anxiety relief to travel.
While I was returning back home this last week from a trip to San Jose, I asked a gentlemen next to me how he was doing and he responded with how much he disliked traveling, which he meant disliked the flying aspect of the traveling.
During takeoff and landing I will listen to biannual beats or relaxing music. It aids me in reducing the negative thoughts during these events. What if? <insert worry or fear> I have included a link to a free download from iAwake at the end of this article.
