Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a cliff, looking out over a vast expanse of open sky and ocean.
You feel a sense of release and freedom as you take a step forward and allow yourself to float into the open air.
You feel weightless, and a sense of peace washes over you as you drift through the sky.
As you float, imagine a warm, comforting light surrounding you, wrapping you in its embrace.
This light is filled with the healing energy of love and compassion, and it fills you with a deep sense of peace and calm.
You feel yourself letting go of all the pain and hurt from your past relationship, as the light washes over you and dissolves any negative emotions or thoughts.
Now, imagine yourself standing in front of your ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend, and they tells you that they’re moving on and that it’s time for you to do the same.
As they speaks, you feel a sense of release and freedom wash over you. You realize that you no longer need them to be happy, and you are ready to move on with your life.
Finally, imagine yourself standing in front of a door. This door represents the future, filled with new possibilities and opportunities.
You feel a sense of excitement and anticipation as you open the door and step through, ready to embrace whatever the future holds.
