How long does it take to charge the Model 3 from 15% to 80%?
It took approximately 33 minutes to go from 15% to 80%, which added 198.21 miles of range.
81% to 90%
I am not going to be making a table for this charge session because for some odd reason the charge from 80-81% got added to the first charge session graph which I didn’t account for in that table.
How long does it take to charge the Model 3 from 81% to 90%?
It took approximately 10 minutes to go from 81% to 90% and added 26.53 miles of range.
90% to 100%

How long does it take to charge the Model 3 from 90% to 100%?
It took approximately 31 minutes to go from 90% to 100% and added 29.02 miles of range, however, it took another 24 minutes and 21 seconds for the computer to read the charge was fully completed and added remaining 1.74 miles to the battery.
Unless you require a maximum range to make it to your destination, it’s best to just charge to 90-95% because you will be adding a lot of charge time for very little gain. Not to mention, lose regenerative braking.
This wasn’t a particularly cold day to charge however the battery pre-warming did engage on the way to the Supercharger. From the information TeslaMate was able to gather it seems to be accurate that this charger maxes out at 125kW in perfect conditions.
Someone on Reddit recently found that according to the Owner’s Manual that the Tesla Model Y is using a heat pump. This could mean better winter charging performance and efficiencies vs Model 3.
